The final cost of an handmade jewel / accessory is composed by the item cost plus shipping. The cost of delivery varies depending on the amount of products purchased. Payment methods are always clearly shown in the apposite section.

If payment is not made in 7 days from purchase, the order will be canceled.

If the buyer wants to cancel the order and payment he'll must contact me whitin 2 day from purchase, then before the shipment. After this time, I can't cancel the order and refound the transaction.

The payment methos accepted is PayPal.

The shipping cost is always clearly specified in each article. The shipping of the order start after payment and the method to sending is recorded delivery, at the times specified in the listing. I notify you once the order is mailed.

I will ship to the address you've registered on Etsy, if you want it shipped to another address please tell promptly. I'm not responsible for packages being sent to inexistent or incorrect addresses.

I do utmost care to pack as much as possible the accessories in the package, the buyer must keep in mind, however, that the risk that a parcel is not treated in the best way during the journey does not depend on me.
